There’s something sacred about lighting a candle. It’s not just about scent or ambiance it’s a quiet ritual. A flicker of calm. And for me personally, every time I pour and create candle, I feel like I’m continuing a story that began thousands of years ago.
That’s the magic of candles. Their glow is timeless.

The journey of candles began over 5000 years ago in ancient Egypt, where torches were made from reeds soaked in animal fat. They weren’t refined, but they offered light and with it, comfort and safety.
As centuries passed the Romans crafted true candles with actual wicks and in temples across Asia candles made from tree wax and natural oils flickered beside sacred statues and religious venues. Across every culture they have always meant more than just light. They were part of ceremonies, prayer, love and loss.
Candles from Utility to Luxury
During medieval time beeswax candles became prized for their clean burn and subtle scent. hey were nothing like the smoky, greasy tallow candles that everyday people had to put up with back then. Beeswax was expensive and marked the beginning of candles as a luxury.
That part really resonates with me. Because when I started this candle journey, I knew I didn’t just want to make candles for function. I wanted to make something beautiful, thoughtful, and luxurious in every sense.
My why behind my Candle making journey...
Every candle I make is hand-poured with care and I use only high-quality wax blends and curated fragrance oils that are designed to create an experience. I don’t rush the process. I blend, pour, and cure each one with intention because I believe candles should never feel mass-produced. They should feel personal.
Some of my luxury scents are inspired by memory like the warmth of late-night conversations or the freshness of a morning walk by the sea. Others are just pure indulgence with rich woods scents, creamy vanillas, crisp florals… the kind of scents that stay with you.
And every jar, every label, every final touch is part of the story. Your story, once the candle is lit.
Though we no longer need candles to see in the dark we still reach for them for comfort, peace and connection. They help us slow down. Set the mood. Mark a moment.
So the next time you light one of my candles, I hope you feel that connection too! Not just to yourself but to all the people who came before us who lit a flame for the very same reasons.
Thank you for letting my candles be part of your space, your rituals, your story.
